Our nursery offers parents a loving, secure, clean, and safe environment. Our nurturing teachers will give you peace of mind knowing you can trust your precious little ones in the care of attentive, caring, and affectionate individuals.
Babies are divided into small groups with a primary caregiver to support the consistency and bond that they need daily. Detailed reports will go home with you each evening. Your child's feedings, diapering, sleeping, and developmental activities included in your daily report.
Communication is essential to the success of each infant's care. We encourage & welcome parent questions and their suggestions.
The one-on-one interactions between infants and their teacher stimulate brain development. Our teachers constantly communicate with the babies. It is our goal every day to focus on meeting the individual development needs of each infant. We love to hold, rock, and cuddle our babies, and give them special individual attention they need and desire.
We believe our toddler program enhances and responds to your child at every level of development. Our curriculum consists of weekly theme-based lesson plans. We have structured planned activities to meet the needs of each child. This supports the children's abilities and interests through fun and play. They begin learning the beginning stages of math, science, reading and creative skills along with their motor skills.
Daily reports go home with parents at the end of each day. The daily report consists of diapering, meals, nap time and daily activities.
Our toddlers are given positive encouragement throughout the day with hugs, smiles, and kind words.
Our teachers are frequently reading books, singing songs, painting, coloring, dancing, playing outside, building with blocks, and simply having fun with the children.
We provide a warm, friendly, and safe environment where our toddlers are given a lot of individual attention and love.
We respect each child's attitude and needs to model positive interactions with each other. Empathy is encouraged, friendships are nurtured, and self-help skills are supported. The weekly theme-based lesson plans create a child-oriented learning environment.
At this age children are very eager to learn. We provide them with our proven curriculum that promotes positive development in every skill. Our experienced teachers take an active role in each child's development. We prepare weekly, theme-based lesson plans. Our plans are based on the interests of the children and stages of both the individual child and the group.
Daily schedules and routines keep consistency and help build trust that is necessary from this age group. Our curriculum consists of language development, small and large motor development, emotional and social development, and cognitive development. Outdoor playtime is given every day (weather permitting).
Phonetic awareness is promoted through books, songs, and activities. Letter and word recognition and tracking from left to right and top to bottom are shown and practiced to build on reading skills. We begin to build on their vocabularies and focus on names, numbers, and letters. We also focus on shapes and sound recognition.
Large motor skills are practiced daily by dancing, exercising, climbing, kicking balls, running, etc.
Fine motor skills are practiced with games, writing, cutting, play dough, gluing, and coloring.
Our teachers understand and acknowledge that at this age individual identity is beginning to develop. Children are encouraged to identify their own feelings as well as empathize with the feelings of others. We teach with an emphasis on self-expression and self-direction while at the same time learning to follow rules and directions.
Our school-age class has a fun-filled curriculum which engages each child's curiosity and allows them to explore mathematical, scientific, art, and literary skills all while in a comfortable, stimulating environment. Weekly themes and strong curriculum keep our children actively involved.
We provide drop off and pick up transportation to local area schools.
